Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta Hotel

Clean, reasonably large hotel, the staff and food were great here. I liked sitting in the gourmet restaurant for dinner.

We had king room, hotel was clean, check-in was the best. The room was huge with great view and had satellite television, climate control and an individual safe. The staff members were attentive and caring.

The rooms were with great view. It offered excellent service and good food too.

The hotel is fairly clean and reasonably large with exceptional staff and a great pool. Relaxing venue, 9 miles from Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz airport.

The room I booked was immaculate and beautifully designed with the most amazing view, 2 "queen "size beds, the jacuzzi tub. The swim-up bar was amazing with some outstanding food. A secured hotel, my first choice in Puerto Vallarta.

The bathroom I had was disgusting.

This hotel was easy base for exploring Puerto Vallarta, loved it. The venue was located close enough to Blaze restaurant, the beach and downtown. The restaurant was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The breakfast was savoury, the staff was charming, free wi-fi. Booked silent & absolutely perfect room with ocean views. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise. Apart from that, a lively beach was 10 minutes away by driving. Exceptional service everywhere too. Actually everything was great, you're dope!

Immaculate room with lovely bed, top location. Neat and cozy hotel in Mismaloya district. The stuff was genuinely friendly and had a few recommendations, especially about that super restaurant.

The beds were good, and the location was unbeatable. Room was functional, I loved the bed and spacious bathroom. The pool was excellent and I had complimentary drinks in the English bar.

The bed was super comfy, so we had a wonderful stay. Spectacular location, excellent, extremely comfy room. Absolutely gorgeous view of pool. Everything was first class and the staff were extremely friendly! The service at this all inclusive hotel was special.

It was an awesome stay, simple place. Our room was light with soft bed, plus the location was easy. A fantastic beach, exceptionally good view.

All in all an incredibly beautiful hotel and fabulous stay. I liked the best possible position of the venue, the staff were happy. Had tidy fine room with extremely comfortable bed. Yummy breakfast, SPECTACULAR service.

Our stay was superb, good value for money. The staff was absolutely charming, the room was quite and the breakfast was free, all as we expected. Decent garden views. Phenomenal location to los muertos pier. Amazing hotel and top-notch service.

Best resort experience. In addition to excellent views and drinks, the room had a sunny balcony. The beach was perfect and so close to our property. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like El Set that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

Large rooms, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, we loved it. Hotel is near clean beach. Special dishes in a good restaurant: )
